Both can be secured in a child safe configuration by closing their locking pool covers.
The entryway opens into a massive Grand Room that typifies the home. Clerestory windows ring the high ceiling and natural light pours in, welcoming you to enjoy the swanky, hip yet comfortable Myra Hoefer décor. Oversized furnishings and ample seating invite guests to relax and enjoy their vacation. In the corner sits a Yamaha grand piano played and signed by Ferrante & Ticher in 1991 at the grand opening of the residence.
Beyond the Grand Room lies the Media/Game room with a wood-burning fireplace, three seating areas and two game tables. A 60” HDTV affords great viewing of sporting events and programming by Direct TV. There is also Blu-ray DVD player should you like to watch your own movies. This 2,000 sq. ft. room has unrestricted views through floor-to-ceiling windows to the east, south and west. It is surrounded by 4000 sq. ft. of patios to the south and east and the pool and spa to the west.
The Formal Dining Room seats 12 around a 90-inch round table. The sliding glass doors disappear into the wall pockets to open the dining room to the outside. If you need more space for your group, dining space is also available in the Grand Room.
A 6-person table sits in the breakfast nook, surrounded by 180 degrees of floor-to-ceiling glass windows offering breathtaking views.
The home boasts an oversized kitchen and pantry to accommodate your most demanding entertaining needs. Equipment includes 6-burner Décor gas cooktop, KitchenAid electric double-oven, two Sub Zero refrigerators, two KitchenAid dishwashers, an ice machine, and a Miele glass dishwasher. A commercial walk-in is also available for added food and beverage storage.
The Laundry Room features Maytag appliances, an iron, and an ironing board.
